  • If I have received and approve your commission request, I will DM you on Instagram (user: ennoki_) and will direct you to my Paypal/Gopay/BCA address for you to proceed with the payment.

  • Payment will be UPFRONT and NO REFUNDS once I have received the payment.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the terms of service carefully before placing order!

  • I have the rights to refuse a commission request if I am uncomfortable with it. Please refer to the list of what i will not draw for a commission.

  • Commissions are strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY by default. You are NOT allowed to use it commercially (such as NFTs, publishing merch out of my design, etc.). You may reupload the commissioned piece on your page by crediting me as "@ennoki_" (or linking back to my page) will be required. You may use commissioned pieces as an icon/header/background with proper credit.

  • You are NOT allowed to use my art for AI purposes.

  • Once paid, you CANNOT ask for refunds.

  • I will start on your commission once I've received the full payment.

  • Please provide a clear reference of the character you'd like to commission (Preferably a full body reference sheet!)

  • Commissions will take approximately 1-4 weeks for completion (except for animated commissions, it may take 1-2 months), I will let you know if I need more time to complete your commission due to the amount of commissions I've received. If you require it to be done faster, you will be charged extra (notify me before I start working if so).

  • You will only get one major revision during the sketch/lineart process. During the finalization, you may ask for a simple color adjustment or other simple adjustments.

  • There will be an additional charge for monetized content license(+30% total commission price)

MONETIZED CONTENT LICENSE

(Streaming / Online Content Use)
This license allows the client to use the artwork for monetized digital content only.Allowed:
- YouTube videos (monetized or not)
- Thumbnails, stream overlays, panels, and banners
- Social media posts, promoting monetized contentConditions:
- The artwork may not be sold or redistributed.
- The artwork may not be used as merchandise.
- Proper credit to the Artist is required.
- Use for NFTs, AI training is strictly prohibited.Not Included:
- Physical or digital merchandise
- Print-on-demand products
- Logos or business branding
- Reselling or sublicensing

WAITLIST

  • If I approve your request form but slots are all full, I will put you in waitlist.

  • I will start on your commission once there is a slot available, one commission may take 1-4 weeks (depends on complexity) so please be patient and don't rush me.

  • I will notify you again when there is a slot available, please reply to me in 3x24 hours (if more than that, your commission request is cancelled)
